Meeting the Gandhis...

  If there is one topic that I am not interested in, it’s politics... So Indian politics I let you imagine… And all in a sudden, while I think I am going to read about a love story, I find myself engulfed in The Red Saree, a book by by Javier Moro!   I panicked a bit at the beginning, as the novel begins on very soapy tone with the love story of Rajiv and Sonia Gandhi....

A la rencontre des Gandhi

Si il y a un sujet auquel je ne comprends pas grand-chose, c’est bien la politique… Alors la politique indienne n'en parlons pas! Et voilà-t-y pas que Javier Moro a réussi à le rendre passionnant dans son livre Le Sari Rose  !     J’ai un peu paniqué au début, car le roman commence sur un ton ultra mielleux (voire sirupeux) pour raconter l’histoire d’amour...

Gandhi Saga

Pour quiconque s’intéresse un peu à la politique indienne – oui je sais vous n’êtes pas pléthore ;) – voici quelques lignes sur la saga Gandhi. Inutile de présenter le Mahatma… Mais connaissez-vous Indira, Sonia, Rajiv, Rahul, Priyanka, Varun ?? Et ben rien à voir avec Mahatma Gandhi (au passage, Mahatma ça veut dire « grande âme » en sanscrit, le saviez-vous ?!)....
