On y retrouve des éléments d'analyse, de projet, la question de l'engagement, de la France et du PCF. </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">Contrairement à ce qu'on a pu lire dans certains médias, les questions soulevées vont au-delà de 2017 ! </span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">Destiné au grand public, 99% est un atout pour la bataille idéologique. Il met en cause les idées reçues et on peut dire qu'il tombe bien dans cette période de mouvement social contre la loi El Khomri!</span></p><p style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: #000000;">C'est l'outil idéal pour aller au contact des citoyens. Cela peut aussi être un outil de formation pour les nouveaux adhérents.
