deux menus pour 0,52 €

Plus fort qu'un menu à moins d'un euro, cette semaine j'ai réussi à dépenser moins d'un euro par personne pour faire DEUX menus, le même jour.

Pour le midi, nous avons eu:

nuggets de poulet
pomme de terre à l'eau
compote de poire

au menu du soir:

beignets de pommes de terre
salade d'endive aux noix et à la pomme.

Le seul aliment acheté est la boite de nuggets.800 gr de nuggets soit environ 40 piéces pour 4,10 €. J'ai cuisiné la moitié des nuggets et congelé l'autre moitié. d'où un coût divisé par deux pour ce repas: 2,05 €.

Les pommes de terre étaient dans ma cave, la compote en bocaux.

Le soir j'ai utilisé le reste des pommes de terre pour faire les beignets. Deux oeufs de mes poules, un peu de farine et le tour est joué.

L'endive vient de notre culture, les noix de la récolte d'automne et les pommes m'avaient été données.

Pour nourrir 4 personnes , ce jour-là, je n'ai dépensé que 2,05 € soit moins de 52 centimes par personne.

C'est de saison...

Bonjour à vous tous qui passeriez ici!

Je venais en ce début de réveillon vous souhaiter un très joyeux Noël plein de bonheur avec vos proches! Je vous souhaites que les cadeaux soient à votre goût, le menu succulent et la bonne humeur au rendez-vous!

Pour moi ce sera encore une fois très simple, je serais seule avec mon père. Pas la peine de sortir les ortolans! Nous avons quand même fait un effort sur le menu, comme de coutume. Il y aura donc du foie gras en entrée, des escargots en plat principal avec du riz (cuisson pilaf avec aïl et persil) en accompagnement et une tarte aux fruits en dessert.

Je suis d'accord, ce n'est pas très exceptionnel... mais ce sont avant tout des choses que nous ne mangeons jamais! Il est très rare d'avoir une tarte "achetée" à la maison, même si nous faisons régulièrement des tartes aux pommes et autre, avoir une tarte "plusieurs fruits" achetée en boulangerie relève de l'exceptionnel! Quand aux escargots nous en mangeons... une fois dans l'année! Alors au final, même simple, c'est un menu de fête!

Je vous réhitère mes souhaits et vais nourrir mon chien avant notre repas à nous, histoire qu'elle ne nous "casse pas trop les pieds!"

Monoprix m'a proposé de prendre les photos de mon menu de Noël! Etant en plein déménagement je me suis dit que si je devais recevoir ma famille ou mes amis cette année je n'aurais pas beaucoup de temps pour cuisiner! Pourtant moi qui suis pour le fait maison j'ai l'habitude de faire la plupart de mes recettes moi-même! Mais cette fois j'ai donc fait confiance à Monoprix pour choisir des plats qui demandaient très peu de préparation. Et je n'ai pas été déçue! Les mets étaient délicieux et Mr l'Amoureux a adoré cé dîner en tête à tête! Il m'a demandé peu de temps mais tous les ingrédients étaient présents pour sentir à la fois la magie de Noël et pour goûter les plats typiques qu'on aime déguster pour l'occasion! Le tout sans me demander de passer une journée derrière les fourneaux: le rêve! A refaire assurément en plus grand comité!

Au menu:

♥ Mises en bouche saumon/avocat et saumon/tzatziki un délice et une jolie présentation avec trois fois rien!

♥ Entrée tartines de foie gras sur pain d'épices figues et noix et confiture de figues.

♥ Un vin que j'adore pour agrémenter ce repas, le Maury.

♥ Un suprême de chapon sauce au foie gras et au sauterne accompagné de marrons et champignons, délicieux!

♥ Des buchettes glacées ananas/fruits exotiques très légères pour terminer un repas bien garni!

♥ Pour finir un crémant d'Alsace rosé pour fêter la soirée!

Vous êtes nombreux à nous demander comment insérer un menu horizontal sur votre blog. Cette opération nécessite de modifier les modèles de page HTML et est donc, aujourd'hui, réservée aux utilisateurs avancés. Pour autant elle n'est pas difficile et les plus débrouillards d'entre vous y arriveront sans problème.

Attention cependant, afin d'éviter de perdre des données, nous vous invitons à utiliser un blog de test, ou d'enregistrer préalablement l'ensemble de vos modèles de page. Nous ne pourrons pas rétablir une situation antérieure suite à une mauvaise manipulation.

Dans un premier temps vous devez vous identifier sur votre blog, et vous rendre au niveau de la section PRESENTATION rubrique Configuration avancée.

Il y a deux types de page à distinguer :

Feuille de style : il s'agit de la mise en forme des éléments de votre blog. Tailles de polices, couleurs, tout est définit ici. On parle aussi de CSS.
Modèle de la page ... : il s'agit de la structure de votre page. On parle aussi de HTML.

Pour commencer vous pouvez ajouter les lignes suivantes dans votre CSS au niveau de la colonne de droite. Pour la colonne de gauche, sauf si vous avez personnalisé toute votre CSS, laissez coché "Charger cette CSS".

Je vous ai mis des commentaires sur les zones clés vous permettant de modifier l'apparence générale du menu. Pour aller plus loin dans la modification CSS nous vous conseillons ce tutorial.

Il faut ensuite placer le menu au sein de la structure HTML de votre blog.

Avant de l'appliquer sur chaque modèle de page, commençons par une page test. Cliquez sur "Modifier le template" en vis à vis du modèle de page désiré.

La seule difficulté est de le placer où vous le souhaitez dans la structure de la page. Généralement soit au dessus de la bannière (au dessus de la ligne <div id="banner-img">) ou en dessous (au dessus de </div></div><div id="left"> qui correspond à la colonne de gauche).

Vous pouvez ensuite faire vos propres tests pour voir les effets sur votre blog, le résultat peut être sensiblement différent en fonction de votre habillage de départ.

Le décret sur la qualité nutritionnelle des repas servis dans le cadre de la restauration scolaire, imposant notamment une plus grande variété alimentaire dans les menus proposés, a été publié aujourd'hui au Journal officiel. "Quatre ou cinq plats devront être présentés à chaque déjeuner ou dîner, dont nécessairement un plat principal comprenant une garniture, et un produit laitier", indique le décret.

L'eau et le pain devront être mis à disposition sans restriction. Le sel et les sauces (mayonnaise, vinaigrette, ketchup) ne seront, en revanche, pas en libre accès mais servis en fonction des plats, indique l'arrêté d'application du décret publié également ce dimanche au Journal officiel.

Les gestionnaires des restaurants scolaires devront tenir à jour "un registre dans lequel sont conservés, sur les trois derniers mois, les documents attestant de la composition des repas, notamment les menus et les fiches techniques descriptives des produits alimentaires achetés auprès des fournisseurs", selon les termes du décret. Ces dispositions entreront en vigueur au 1er septembre 2012 pour les services de restauration scolaire servant moins de 80 couverts par jour en moyenne sur l'année.

"Six millions d'enfants mangent à la cantine chaque jour, mais un sur deux a encore faim en sortant", a déploré le ministre de l'Agriculture et de l'Alimentation, Bruno Le Maire, dans un entretien au Journal du dimanche. "Les règles nutritionnelles ne sont ni appliquées, ni contrôlées", a-t-il ajouté pour justifier la mise en place de ce décret.

Depuis quelques semaines, notre belle ville de Castanet Tolosan est en proie à une certaine agitation. La cause ? Le refus de la part du maire de notre ville de servir des repas spécifiques (menu rituel, végétarisme...) à la cantine de l'école publique.

Habitant de longue date de Castanet, même si nous gardons un relatif anonymat pour des raisons de tranquillité évidente, nous voulons remercier et soutenir dans sa démarche citoyenne, notre maire, monsieur Arnaud Lafon. Que ce dernier soit du Modem ou de tout autre parti ne nous intéresse pas, et nous ne prendrons nullement part d'un point de vue politique sur cette affaire d'écolier.

Nous souhaitons remercier vivement monsieur Arnaud Lafon pour son courage de vouloir appliquer les lois de la République, et ce en se basant sur l'article premier de notre Constitution.

Nous souhaitons aussi remercier monsieur Arnaud Lafon pour ne pas avoir cédé face à de nombreuses intimidations, qui pour nous relèvent presque de véritables calomnies. Pour vous connaître, monsieur le maire, nous savons pertinemment que le racisme n'est pas la raison de votre détermination, et nous ferons bloc à vos côtés face à tant d'incompréhensions.

Nous souhaitons exprimer notre gêne de simple citoyens face à cette cabale médiatique qui secoue notre paisible village : SOS Racisme et d'autres associations, même communautaire, tiennent le haut du pavé depuis !

Face à tout cela, notre maire à fait preuve de bon sens : le porc est une part de notre identité gastronomique depuis fort longtemps, le refus de plat communautaire (islam, judaïsme...) est le garant de notre laïcité, et après tout l'école du village n'a pas forcément vocation à devoir s'accommoder à toutes les revendications. Ainsi, cette mesure est à nos yeux juste, raisonnable et rassurante.

C'est pourquoi, sans haine et sans nulles provocations, nous redisons tout notre soutien à notre maire, et nous vous encourageons, tous ses sympathisants, à signer la pétition de soutien sur le site suivant : Par ici la pétition

Primaire PS: Le PS a apport les garanties demandes, selon la Cnil

Pas de soucis pour le Parti socialiste, la primaire pourra se drouler sans problme.Du moins d'ordre lgislatif. La Cnil estime avoir reu du PS les prcisions et garanties complmentaires qu'elle avait demandes concernant l'organisation des primaires du parti pour la prsidentielle, indique-t-elle dans un article en ligne mardi sur son site.

En mai, la Cnil (Commission nationale de l'informatique et des liberts) avait annonc que le parti socialiste avait suivi la majorit de ses prconisations sur la protection des donnes personnelles pour la prparation, l'organisation et le droulement de ses primaires, tout en lui demandant des amliorations.

Code de conduite

Runie en sance plnire le 21 juillet, la commission dit avoir de nouveau analys le dispositif de vote. Elle a considr que les prcisions et garanties complmentaires apportes par le PS dans sa lettre du 28 juin 2011 rpondaient aux demandes formules le 5 mai dernier, prcise-t-elle.

Concernant en particulier le transfert des listes d'margement vers les pays situs hors de l'Union europenne, o seront ouverts des lieux de vote destins des Franais de l'tranger, la commission a jug que le code de conduite propos par le PS, encadrant ces transferts, tait de nature permettre la Cnil de dlivrer l'autorisation spcifique prvue par la loi.

Vigilance

La commission prcise avoir dcid, comme elle l'avait fait en juin pour la primaire d'Europe Ecologie-Les Verts, de raliser des contrles pendant les oprations de vote des primaires du PS.

Elle suivra avec la plus grande vigilance l'ensemble du processus de ces primaires pour s'assurer qu'il s'effectue dans le respect des droits des personnes, affirme-t-elle.

Plus frais que ces légumes-là, ce n'est pas possible!! Cueillis à 9 heure du mat , ils seront servis pour le repas de midi. L'oeuf du jour, sera utilisé pour faire le dessert!

La pomme et les raisins sont dans le clafoutis, les champignons viennent d'un bocal (dernier de l'année 2010!), les radis font une bonne entrée et les petits pois ainsi que les carottes accompagnent les pommes de terre pour faire une délicieuse jardinière .

Le petit plus est que ce midi, on mange ..à l'oeil pour ainsi dire!! tout sort soit du jardin, des conserves ou de la réserve. Je n'ai pas sorti un seul sou de ma poche pour faire ce repas et quel repas !!

Il n'y a pas que la cadette et moi pour bénéficier de ces légumes frais. Marron , le lapin, va etre ravi de déguster les fanes de carottes et de radis ainsi que les épluchures de patates et les cosses de petits pois....

Elle est pas belle la vie ????

After 4 years, Egypt reopens its border with Gaza

Egypt lifted a 4-year-old blockade of the Gaza Strip on Saturday, greatly easing travel restrictions on the 1.5 million residents of the Palestinian territory in a move that bolstered the Hamas government while dealing a setback to Israel's attempts to isolate the militant group.

The sense of relief was palpable as buses piled high with luggage crossed the Rafah border terminal and hundreds of people traveled abroad for overdue medical appointments, business dealings and family affairs. In Israel, fears were heightened that militants and weapons will soon pour into the territory.

"I was so happy to hear that the Egyptian border is opening so I can finally travel for treatment," said Mohammad Zoarob, a 66-year-old suffering from chronic kidney disease.

He said he had been waiting for a medical permit from the Palestinian health ministry for five years so he could go to Egypt for treatment. When Palestinian officials coincidentally approved the permit on Saturday, he kissed his family goodbye, rushed to the border and was quickly whisked across.

"They put me in an ambulance and in five minutes I reached the Egyptian side of the crossing," he said.

Saturday's expansion of the Rafah crossing was a tangible benefit of the popular unrest sweeping through the Arab world. The blockade, which has fueled an economic crisis in Gaza, is deeply unpopular among Arabs, and Egypt's caretaker leaders had promised to end it since the ouster of longtime President Hosni Mubarak in February.

Israel and Egypt imposed the blockade after the Islamic militant Hamas seized control of Gaza in June 2007. The closure aimed to weaken Hamas. But the Iranian-backed group remains firmly in power, operating the border crossing even at a time when it is supposed to be reconciling with the rival Fatah movement.

Until Saturday, the Rafah border terminal had functioned at a limited capacity. Only certain classes of people, such as students, businessmen or medical patients, were eligible to travel and the crossing was often subject to closures, leading to huge backlogs that forced people to wait for months.

Under the new system, virtually anyone can travel, and a much larger number of Palestinians are expected to be able to cross each day.

Hundreds of Gazans gathered early Saturday as the first bus load of passengers crossed the border at 9 a.m. Two Egyptian officers stood guard next to a large Egyptian flag atop the border gate as the vehicle rumbled through. One after another buses crossed Rafah, pulling blue carts behind them with luggage piled high.

"All we need is to travel like humans, be treated with dignity and feel like any other citizens of the world who can travel in and out freely," said Rami Arafat, 52, who hoped to catch a flight out of Cairo on Sunday to attend his daughter's wedding in Algeria.

Nearby, 28-year-old Khaled Halaweh said he was headed to Egypt to study for a master's degree in engineering at Alexandria University.

"The closure did not affect only the travel of passengers or the flowing of goods. Our brains and our thoughts were under blockade," said Halaweh, who said he hadn't been out of Gaza for seven years.

Inside the border terminal Saturday, the atmosphere was orderly, as Hamas police called passengers one by one to register their travel documents.

By the close of operation at 5 p.m., 410 people had crossed into Egypt, said Salama Baraka, head of police at the Rafah terminal, well above the daily average of about 300 in recent months.

Thirty-nine were turned back because they did not have the proper visas or travel documents, Baraka said. Israeli media quoted Egyptian officials as saying some were also on Egyptian "terror lists." In the past, Egypt had rejected passengers found to be on "blacklists." An additional 150 people crossed from Egypt into Gaza.

With the crossing now operating six days a week, officials hope to raise the daily number of travelers to 1,000. Baraka said ten thousand people are registered to travel between June and August 25.

"Today is a cornerstone for a new era that we hope will pave the road to ending the siege and blockade on Gaza," said Hatem Awideh, director general of the Hamas border authority in Gaza. "We hope this facilitation by our Egyptian brothers will improve travel and will allow everyone to leave Gaza."

About 100 Hamas supporters marched with Palestinian and Egyptian flags outside the border terminal in a gesture of gratitude to Egypt.

"This courageous step by Egypt reflects the deep historic relations between the Palestinian and Egyptian nations," said Hamas spokesman Sami Abu Zahri.

The new system will not resolve Gazans' travel woes completely, though.

Men between the ages of 18 and 40 still will have to obtain Egyptian visas, a process that can take months. Women, children and older men must get travel permits, which can be obtained in several days.

Israel, which controls Gaza's cargo crossings, allows most consumer goods into Gaza, but still restricts exports as well as the entry of much-needed construction materials, saying they could be used by militants. Israel also enforces a naval blockade aimed at weapons smuggling.

Israeli and American officials have expressed concerns that Hamas will exploit the opening to bring weapons and fighters into Gaza. In January 2008, masked militants blew open the Rafah border wall, allowing thousands of people to pour in and out of Egypt.

Egyptian officials say they have security measures in place to keep weapons from crossing through Rafah.

Israeli Deputy Foreign Minister Danny Ayalon said the Rafah opening puts "additional responsibility on the Egyptians about what happens in Gaza."

"Both Israel and Egypt have mutual interests against global Jihad terror and against Hamas terror and I expect that cooperation will continue for the benefit of both sides," Ayalon said on Channel 10 TV.

Opposition lawmaker Nachman Shai blamed the Israeli government for failing to prevent the opening of Rafah. Israeli officials had lobbied Egypt to leave the restrictions in place.

"Mubarak is gone, there is a new government and we already see how Israel-Egypt relations are substantially deteriorating," he said. "A significant security breach was created today under our noses.

Hamas has long used tunnels to get arms into Gaza. Gaza militants now have military-grade rockets that have hit cities in southern Israel. Israeli military officials believe that Iranian experts are already in Gaza training Hamas. The fear is that it will now become even easier for them to get into the territory.

"One trainer who tells them how to set up the rockets and how to use them is equal to a large quantity of weapons," Amos Gilad, a senior Israeli Defense Ministry official who works closely with Egypt, told Channel 2 TV.

The border opening comes on the heels of an Egyptian-mediated unity deal between the rival Palestinian factions Hamas and Fatah.

Hamas has governed Gaza since routing Fatah forces in 2007, leaving the Fatah-dominated Palestinian Authority in control only of the West Bank.

Earlier this month, the sides signed a reconciliation deal in Cairo. But details are still being worked out, and Hamas will be in charge of the Palestinian side of Rafah.

Both Egypt and Fatah officials played down any significance, describing the expanded operations of Rafah a victory for all Palestinians. Nabil Shaath, a senior Fatah official, said he considered the border opening a fruit of the unity deal.

Wenger urges 'responsible' FA approach on Wilshere

Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger on Friday urged the FA to take a "responsible" approach as it mulls whether to name midfielder Jack Wilshere in England's final squad for the European Under-21 Championships.

Wenger has been at loggerheads with English Under-21 coach Stuart Pearce for months, making it clear he believes Wilshere should not be selected for the tournament after a gruelling 50-match season for the Gunners.

The Arsenal boss said Friday although he would never attempt to stop Wilshere from international football, he urged England officials to protect the 19-year-old from the possibility of burnout.

"I would never say that Wilshere cannot play for England, first of all because I don't feel I have the right to do that," said Wenger.

"I educate English players to play for their country, if they can, but I would ask Fabio Capello to consider the consequences of a boy who is 19 years old who has played around 50 games at the end of the season, who has played for the first team and then a tournament on the back of it.

"What will the consequences be for the next season?

"I don't know but I feel the youth system is there to promote the players to play in the top team.

"It is the federation's decision and the federation has to act in a responsible way," Wenger said, adding that it was unfair to leave the decision to Wilshere.

"You cannot ask Jack if he wants to play - do you really think he will say no? I don't think that's realistic.

"I am happy that he wants to play every single game for his country.

"The question raised by him playing are the consequences for the country, for England."

Reports: Russian who gave up US spy ring charged

The former Russian intelligence officer who helped U.S. authorities arrest the Russian spy ring last summer has been charged with high treason and desertion in his homeland, Russian news agencies reported on Tuesday.

The indictment for Alexander Poteyev, the man accused of tipping the authorities off about Anna Chapman and her fellow deep cover agents, has been passed to Moscow's main military court, the reports quoted a Federal Security Service statement as saying.

Russian media said Poteyev, who controlled U.S.-based spy operations from Moscow, fled to America just before Washington announced it had uncovered the 10 spies last summer. They were deported in exchange for four suspected agents who had been incarcerated in Russia. It was the biggest spy swap since the Cold War.

The Federal Security Service refused to confirm Poteyev's charges to The Associated Press. High treason carries a maximum of 20 years' prison under Russian law, while desertion is seven years.

Leading business newspaper Kommersant first reported on Poteyev in November, but referred to him under a different name, Col. Shcherbakov. It cited an unnamed Kremlin official as suggesting Shcherbakov might be assassinated in the near future, but Prime Minister Vladimir Putin said in December that Russia had long abandoned the Soviet practice of killing turncoats.

The spies received a hero's welcome when they returned to Russia in July and Putin led them in a patriotic singalong. President Dmitry Medvedev bestowed them with the nation's highest awards in October.

Anna Chapman, the pinup girl for the agents, later visited the Baikonur cosmodrome in Kazakhstan for the launch of a Russian spaceship, fueling her celebrity in Russia and abroad. She also became the new celebrity face of a Moscow bank and rumors are swirling she may be pursuing a career in politics.

Putin, a KGB veteran who led the Russian spy agency before ascending to the presidency in 2000, insisted in a recent CNN interview that the agents had caused no damage to the United States.

2014 BMW Championship headed to Cherry Hills

John Elway, the quarterback who helped the Broncos bring two Super Bowl titles to Denver, has helped the Mile High City land a prestigious PGA Tour event.

Elway said Tuesday that Cherry Hills Golf Club, in suburban Denver will host the 2014 BMW Championship, the tournament that serves as the third in a series of four FedEx Cup playoff competitions.

The tournament is scheduled to be held September 1-7, 2014.

"We're thrilled as a club that this has come together and we get a great tournament in 2014," said Elway, who has rejoined the Broncos at their chief football executive following a franchise-worst 4-12 season. "Colorado has so many great sports fans. It's always been a great place to come up here and play whatever you play."

The 89-year-old Cherry Hills course has hosted eight US Golf Association championships, including US Opens in 1938, '60 and '78.

"It is a perfect marriage," said Andy Pazder, PGA Tour executive vice president and chief of operations. "You've got the second-oldest golf tournament in the United States, the Western Open which started in 1899, Cherry Hills and Denver, a terrific market for a PGA Tour event.

"In FedEx Cup playoffs, we want to play in big markets with great sponsors on great golf courses," Pazder added. "This is a marriage of all three of those."

The BMW Championship will be held at Cog Hill in Chicago this fall and Crooked Stick in Indianapolis in 2012. The host site for 2013 has yet to be decided.

John Paul II 'miracles' posted on Vatican website

Stories of miraculous healings attributed to late pope John Paul II are being posted on a Vatican website that has already collected thousands of reports ahead of his beatification on May 1.

Tales of lives saved, sicknesses cured and families reunited from across Europe have been told in Spanish, French, English, Portuguese, Polish and Italian on the Holy See's beatification website (www.karol-wojtyla.org).

John Paul II was set on the road to beatification after the Vatican confirmed he had worked a miracle -- the healing, apparently unexplainable by science, of a French nun affected by Parkinson's who had prayed to be cured.

The Vatican will have to prove a second miracle to make him a saint and since 2006 has been collecting the testimonies of those who say the ex-pontiff has miraculously intervened in their lives.

Many stories speak of "sudden" recoveries from cancer or other devastating illnesses "against the odds." Others describe how the ex-pontiff helped them through moments of despair at work or with tumultuous love stories.

Some confessed they had been living an irreligious life or worshipping pagan gods before rediscovering their Catholic faith thanks to his intervention.

Others wrote that John Paul II appeared to them in a vision or dream during high-risk surgery or life-threatening accidents, helping them to fight for their lives or bear the pain.

Upwards of 400,000 people are expected to descend on Rome for the beatification of the charismatic pope, who reigned for nearly 27 years before succumbing to Parkison's disease in 2005.

The beatification period was fast-tracked as mourners clamoured for John Paul II to be made a saint. Pope Benedict XVI waived the usual five-year waiting period, allowing the process to begin soon after he died.

Spa. Monscierge will install two Monscierge 47 hotel touch screens at the Renaissance of Oklahoma City. In addition, the technology company is anticipating the installation of the first ever Monscierge 22 multi-touch touch screen to hit the market.

The Renaissance of Oklahoma City is excited about introducing the new technology to enhance their current services and expand Renaissance goals to be head of the competition in service and technology.

The 4th R Foundation is looking for funding for the following projects, projects that will not only generate funds for further research; these projects will contribute to improvement in the quality of life where it is now lacking:

1) Funding to put together a team that creates text books that teach wisdom/emotional intelligence. This is the most important project of them all. Text books not just from K-12 and beyond; also text books for parents, teachers, even for groups and leaders of corporations and governments.

2) A franchise idea to create 'Brain Power Clubs' for creating super mature emotionally intelligent brains/minds. Actual walk-in clubs where people will go to shed their emotional baggage through all kinds of brain exercises. Emotional baggage mostly stems from early childhood pain, suffering and humiliation. Here the person will be able to go into a virtual reality room that will have different scenes on all four sides of the room. On each side in the room will be a large screen where specific instances of pain will be shown from the eyes of the child as it happened in the past, how this memory is affecting the persons current thinking, how this incident is not relevant anymore as the child is shown as an adult along with the perpetrator in the current times etc. Emotional baggage removal will come through a host of methods including yoga and the foundation's very own 'Self Image Therapy'. The chief goal will be to create selflessness in people to make them into wise human beings. There will also be a web based Brain Power Club.

3) How to know, understand and master/harness shyness (shypower).

Providing an opportunity for shy people to come together and form chat rooms to share their pleasures and sorrows and an opportunity to dump their shyness into thin air by brain exercises. A place where people will share their shyness experiences. A place where shyness is not only more or less cured; people are shown why shyness is the health club of the brain/mind as shyness leads to a far more exercised brain that develops a huge treasure trove of brain power, especially creative brain power.

4) Franchise services, (free of charge) namely offering technical and educational assistance in the establishment and operation of the Wisdom Express.

Where people at large will be educated to realize their full potential by learning to become wise. With special emphasis on guiding people to vote for wise leaders. Teachers will be trained to teach wisdom education. This franchise will be available to all those who want to make the world wise and elect wise leaders.

5) A project to define every word to enlighten its true implication and application in life.

Lets take the example of the word 'Jen' as described in the Dictionary of Philosophy.

It is amazing that the ancient sages understood life more clearly then people do now simply because they defined words in full contextual mindfulness. One of them who towers amongst the tops was Confucius.

Confucius described the word 'Jen' (Man) as:a) Man b) Goodness; among other things the fundamental as well as the sum total of virtues.c) That by which a man is to be a man.d) The golden rule: Being true to the principles of one's nature.e) "The true man, having established his own character, seeks to establish the character of others; and having succeeded, seeks to make others succeed" - Confuciusf) "Universal love without the element of self" - Chuang Tzu

6) Funding to manufacture toys that teach wisdom. Toys that teach wisdom as well as toys that teach tolerance.

7) Funding to create 'Wisdom Theme Parks'. Just like Disneyland there will be Wisdomland, wisdom theme parks; where people, especially children will go to experience their future life based on their current performance in school. There will be actors who will impersonate the great philosophers of history. Participants will be given wisdom tests and will get to experience life if they were wise. This will be a science fiction movie that will be highly entertaining and will show the behavior and history of man based on development of the human brain from ignorance to wisdom.
