Leur petit garçon, un adorable blondinet à boucles, à la frimousse d’ange, perturbe nos jours par ses cris.(Il dort la nuit, c’est déjà ça !). Dès le lever du soleil, ses hurlements résonnent. Vu l’épaisseur des murs et l’étanchéité des nacos, le son se propage. On a l’impression qu’il est dans la même pièce . Un bébé qui pleure, c’est difficile à supporter mais compréhensible. On plaint les parents et on attend que l’âge y fasse quelque chose. Mais là, c’est autre chose : il a deux ans, va à la crèche, a sa maman pour lui tout seul et des jouets à n’en savoir que faire, pas de problèmes de santé(‘et certainement pas aux cordes vocales !). Bref, notre co-existence devient infernale. Chloé qui essaie de travailler son code et ses matières d’examen est aux premières loges, n’en peut plus. Même invitée à aller à la plage ou à la piscine, elle refuse à présent, trouvant au contraire que les occasions où ils sortent sont des délices à savourer. Quant à moi, dont la chambre est juste au dessous, j’en suis à prendre ma pilule à dormir, car même la nuit, le repos n’est pas assuré. Il est 7 heures, il est levé (ou opérationnel) depuis une heure et demi. Vive les week-ends de repos !

Musique à fond... DJ enchaînaient les mélodies une par une... La foule (d'élèves) qui dansaient... Les lumières éclatants... Je dansais... m'amusait à fond avec mes amies... La musique au bord d'éclater mes tympans, mais j'aimais ça. C'était différent de la dernière fois, où je me souciais s'il allait danser avec moi ou non... si j'ai de la chance ou non... Cette fois, j'oubliais tout à part de m'amuser. C'étais agréable... La musique est vraiment (pour moi) la meilleure médecine au monde... t'aidant à oublier des souvenirs amers, célébrant les évènements heureux, chassant la tristesse... Cela te fait vivre dans un autre monde... Tout le temps se passait comme ça... On dansait, se reposait, aller parler avec d'autres gens... C'était tout le temps le même refrain... Jusqu'à temps du slow... la musique douce et mélodieuse se répanda dans la pièce... Les couples se rassemblaient pour danser... savourant leur moment parfait, de l'union... Une sensation de gêne se répanda en moi.. malgré que je trouvais tous les couples adorables :3... Il y avait une ambiance incroyable... Je commençais à danser avec mon amie... oui, les slow sont pour couples... et alors? L'importance c'est de s'amuser non?... alors on dansait... dansait sur le rythme... riait et s'amusait... Alors j'avais réaliser: pourquoi faut-il s'énerver ou se déprimer pour un slow car tu n'as pas de chum?... La vie continue... les miracles arriveront quand ils le devront... Après tout, ne faudrait-il pas laisser ton destin agir et de se reposer un peu?

Salut !

Alors, vous allez bien ? J'ai remarqué que certaines annonces avaient leur police assez petite.

Comme il y a un peu de changement sur la plateforme,

je pense que c'est cela qui fait ceci, et que tout s'arrangera.

Si lundi, on ne voit pas mieux, je serais obligée comme tout un chacun

d'appeler "Pascal" à la ressource.

Car depuis 2 ou 3 jours quand j'agrandis l'écriture ou les mots,

Nous savions que pour M. Guéant, la distance entre « immigration » et « invasion » est totalement inexistante, et qu’il peut savamment entretenir la confusion entre civilisation et régime politique.
Ce n’est pas un dérapage !
C’est une constante parfaitement volontaire !
En clair : c’est un état d’esprit et c’est presque une croisade!
Mr guéant, vous déclarez, du fond de votre abîme, sans remords ni regrets, que «toutes les civilisations ne se valent pas ». Que certaines seraient plus « avancées » ou « supérieures » à d’autres.

Non, monsieur Guéant, ce n est pas du bon sens» !
C’est simplement une injure faite à l’homme !
C’est une négation de la richesse des aventures humaines !
Et c’est un attentat contre le concert des peuples, des cultures et des civilisations !

Aucune civilisation ne détient l’apanage des ténèbres ou de l’auguste éclat !

Après Bruxelles et ses technocrates, serait-ce venu le temps d’Hénin Beaumont et sa blogosphère ?

Dans un entretien donné à la VDN, et dans le cadre de la disparition d'archives de l'hôtel de ville héninois, l’avocat de madame Vivard, fonctionnaire territoriale, a officiellement demandé, suite aux attaques répétées dont elle a fait l'objet, notamment sur la blogosphère, de pouvoir bénéficier d'une protection fonctionnelle.

Gageons tout de même qu’il soit peu probable que la blogosphère soit responsable du choix fait par madame Vivard de recourir aux services d’un avocat, ce qui bien évidemment est son droit le plus légitime.

Rappelons aussi que pour ce qui nous concerne, le communiqué de presse établi faisait alors état de notre indignation et se concluait de la sorte : « Si ce qui à ce stade ne peut être exposé que sur le registre des hypothèses venait à se confirmer, alors il y aurait matière à tirer tous les enseignements de ces pratiques dignes de "marlous" dont une poignée d'individus aura pu tirer profit aux dépens des populations. Quand j’étais plus jeune, en 1977, mes parents ne roulaient pas sur l’or. J’ai 1 frère et 3 sœurs et seul mon père travaillait.

Je n’ai jamais manqué de rien mais la plupart du temps nous devions partager et certains luxes ne nous étaient pas permis. A l’inverse de certains de mes camarades d’école, nous ne possédions pas de chaîne stéréo. Du coup, j’avais récupéré deux haut parleurs qui provenaient de vieux électrophones datant des années 50 et j’avais bricolé un système me permettant de les brancher sur le petit lecteur de K7 audio que m’avait offert mon parrain (c’était un Telefunken avec une seule touche pour lire, bobiner et rembobiner).
L’autre souci, c’est qu’à part essayer de piquer des morceaux à la radio, je n’étais pas riche en cassettes et à cette époque, déjà fan des Beatles, je rêvais d’avoir les deux albums de compilation qu’on appellait le rouge et le bleu.

Un jour, en cours de dessin, un lundi matin (je m’en souviens comme si c’était hier), deux de mes copains me mirent au pied du mur et l’un deux m’a proposé en plaisantant le pari suivant :

-Si tu peins tes lunettes à la gouache, je te donne ma cassette des Beatles « L’album bleu » !

En quelques secondes, ma décision fut prise, je m’emparais de mon pinceau et recouvrait mes verres de lunettes de peinture pour ensuite les chausser sur mon nez. Tout cela sous l’œil ébahi de mes copains et de la prof de dessin qui me fit forcément une remarque et des menaces de colle si je continuais à faire l’imbécile.
Il m’a suffit ensuite de nettoyer mes lunettes sou l’eau et de récupérer mon « précieux » honnêtement gagné.
J’ai du patienter une semaine car à l’époque j’étais pensionnaire et ne rentrais que le samedi midi mais je ne vous raconte pas ce que fut mon régal de pouvoir écouter les « Get back » « Penny lane » « Strawberry fields » ou autre « Sergent Pepper » à la maison. Je m’en pourlèche encore les babines.
Aujourd’hui je possède plusieurs exemplaires de l’intégrale des Fab Four en CD (il ne me manque que « Live at the Hollywood bowl » et « Rock n’ roll music ») mais je garde un souvenir doux et agréable de ce moment et de ceux qui ont suivi après.
J’ai une copie de ce CD dans la voiture et quand je l’écoute je souris en repensant à cette époque où j’aurai fait n’importe quoi pour avoir cet album.

Pour maîtriser cette évolution, le chef de l'Etat a proposé, vendredi, la conclusion d'un "pacte de stabilité des dépenses publiques" avec les collectivités locales. Dans l'esprit du président et du gouvernement, ce pacte devrait s'inspirer de l'Objectif national des dépenses d'assurance-maladie (Ondam) qui fixe chaque année, depuis 1996, le montant prévisionnel des dépenses de santé. M. Sarkozy n'a pas préjugé des modalités de ce "pacte" mais il a insisté sur la nécessité "d'engagements réciproques" entre l'Etat et les collectivités.

Ce "pacte" devrait être opérationnel dans le projet de loi de finances pour 2013, a indiqué M. Sarkozy. Il a confié au gouvernement le soin d'en élaborer la méthode. Il a également souhaité que le parlement "recommande" des objectifs de maîtrise des dépenses. Seule piste écartée par le chef de l'Etat : celle que les collectivités puissent, à l'instar de l'Etat, ne pas remplacer un fonctionnaire territorial sur deux partant en retraite.

Cela fait plusieurs mois que je suis les annonces, les déclarations, les actions de la « nouvelle Géraldine », impensable il y a 5 ans et pourtant bien réelle aujourd’hui, sous des allures de pionnière.

Que s’est-il passé exactement pour expliquer ta rupture si catégorique d’avec le Maire du 15^ème arrondissement dont tu es pourtant le député suppléant et dont tu as été pendant des années un défenseur inconditionnel, même devant l’évidence ? Je ne sais pas. Mais cela a du être grave.

Aujourd’hui, peut-être penses-tu de temps en temps à ce que j’ai pu ressentir, à ce que j’ai vécu, à ce que j’ai du subir, lorsque j’ai décidé de présenter ma candidature en 2007 dans la 13^ème circonscription de Paris, avec les agressions, les insultes… notamment de certains jeunes de l’UMP qui t’entouraient à l’époque, et peut-être encore aujourd’hui pour certains.

Car finalement, la situation était très peu différente. Il ne s’agissait pas des conséquences d’un redécoupage électoral, ni de la décision du député sortant de ne pas se représenter. Il s’agissait de remplacer René Galy-Dejean, car, âgé de 75 ans, nous pensions qu’il devait céder sa place.

Le principe annoncé par l’UMP était, comme l’a rappelé ce jeudi soir sur LCP, Camille Bedin, chargée, je crois, au sein de l’UMP de l’égalité des chances, de « ne pas mettre une femme, pour une femme », mais de la choisir si elle avait fait ses preuves, « par le travail et sur le long terme ».

C’est bien de le dire, c’est mieux de le faire.

Militante active au RPR depuis 1978, ayant participé très assidument aux campagnes présidentielles (toutes) depuis 1981, et à toutes les campagnes législatives, régionales, municipales…(ayant contribué ainsi l’élection de bon nombre de ceux dont on parle aujourd’hui), très active aussi sur le terrain du 15^ème arrondissement depuis 23 ans (en 2007), dans des associations, des conseils d’administration, des conseils d’écoles…, élue de Paris et du 15^ème arrondissement de 2001 à 2008, et reconnue pour ma disponibilité, ma capacité de travail et d’investissement envers mon arrondissement et ses habitants… la force de mes convictions et mon rejet des compromissions, je pensais, en plus d’être une femme, correspondre à ces critères.

A ce titre j’avais obtenu des centaines de signatures de militants et sympathisants UMP, Hommes et Femmes, d’habitants du 15^ème arrondissement, d’élus, d’un ancien ministre… soutenant ma candidature aux élections législatives. Et, il avait été convenu et écrit en haut lieu, que la 13^ème circonscription de Paris serait réservée à une femme et non, notamment, à un ancien ministre….

J’ai naïvement cru qu’avec tout cela l’UMP examinerait mon dossier de candidature, m’inviterait à le présenter devant « la commission d’investiture » et pourrait normalement me donner cette investiture…

Mais non, après de longs mois de « lâcheté du silence », comme tu l’as dit, ce jeudi soir, Géraldine, le verdict est tombé.

J’ai appris ensuite que seuls les ministres et députés sortants étaient reçus par la commission d’investiture. Et on a désigné un ancien ministre, pas assez sportif pour tenter de gagner une nouvelle circonscription, puisque parachutage il y avait.

Alors oui, Géraldine, tu as raison, la méthode douce ne marche pas. Pas plus qu’elle ne marchait il y a 5 ans, même si à l’époque, tu ne voyais pas les choses ainsi.

C’est pourquoi aujourd’hui, face à cette révélation, tu menaces de te présenter en dissidence, « quitte à faire perdre ton camp », au nom de « l’application de la loi », et de « la juste représentation du peuple » qui compte 53% de femmes.

Tu veux que l’Assemblée Nationale « ressemble à la France » et tu veux croire que cela peut encore se faire avec l’UMP.

Peut-être cela arrivera t-il, si les femmes sont nombreuses et solidaires…

Mais quand on entend Camille Bedin, on peut en douter.

Déjà, cette dernière minimise le problème de la représentation des femmes en politique. Elle croit, sur 5 ans (sous-entendu dans les 5 ans à venir), à « des politiques » se cantonnant à des questions d’horaires de réunion pour les femmes, de places en crèches…Elle dit que c’est plus important que la parité en politique. Et redit qu’on ne peut imposer une femme pour une femme, mais que cette dernière doit s’imposer par son travail.

Elle est bien jeune et manque singulièrement d’expérience. Car seul le regard des femmes, leur expérience au quotidien, leur pragmatisme en politique, pourra réellement améliorer le quotidien de toutes les femmes de notre société.

Quant à s’imposer par son travail, personne ne le conteste, sauf que dans la réalité, cela ne suffit pas. Ce n’est pas envisageable lorsque ce sont des meutes d’hommes toujours et encore en place, qui décident.

Et voilà qu’elle se justifie avec la notion du « sortant » qui n’a pas « démérité »

Je voudrais bien savoir ce que cela veut dire. Quant à moi, je l’assimile à « qui n’a pas fait de vague »… « qui ne dérange pas… ». Car, s’agissant du mérite du député sortant, rien ne serait mieux que de l’obliger à présenter officiellement un bilan de son action dans le cadre de son mandat et ce durant les 5 ans. On aurait ainsi, nous, les électeurs, de quoi juger.

Elle va même jusqu’à tenter de nous démontrer combien il est difficile d’être candidate femme à l’UMP, parti majoritaire depuis longtemps, et expliquer que sur les 220 circonscriptions à gauche, l’UMP a respecté la parité… « là, on a investi une femme sur deux ». Mais combien seront élues ?

Selon elle, c’est plus facile de se renouveler lorsqu’on est dans l’opposition, « la défaite renouvelle » !!!

Puis de conclure qu’être une femme n’étant pas un « argument électoral », et qu’on devrait alors aussi respecter des quotas dans le cadre de la diversité, du handicap…La leçon a été bien apprise. Les mêmes arguments masculins d’il y a 5 ans.

J’ai donc la même réponse : Il y a des électeurs, 53% de femmes et 47% d’hommes, il y a une loi sur la parité, et il y a des candidats. Cette jeune femme ne peut tout de même pas croire ou vouloir nous faire croire qu’il n’y a pas en France, 288 femmes de droite compétentes, volontaires dont 50% pourraient être candidates dans des circonscriptions « gagnables » et « 50% » dans celles à conquérir.

On doit pouvoir atteindre une juste représentation de la population, mais sur la seule base réelle, des HOMMES et des FEMMES, et non, des hommes pour 50% et des femmes, des handicapés, des représentants de la diversité… pour les 50% restant.

Au-delà de ces échanges, d’autres choses intéressantes ont été dites sur de ce plateau de LCP.

Mme Mariette Sineau, directrice de recherche CNRS au CEVIPOF, a expliqué que ce combat de la parité est aussi un combat pour le renouvellement. Par des chiffres, elle prouve combien la rotation des mandats ne se fait pas : 40% des députés en sont déjà au 3^ème mandat, et plus d’un quart en sont au 4^ème mandat.

C’est le cumul des mandats, dans le nombre et dans la durée.

Elle explique que dans un régime démocratique, les partis politiques, pour lesquels indirectement on paie, doivent organiser la formation et le renouvellement au lieu de laisser les fonctions politiques être accaparées toujours par les mêmes. Mais les partis préfèrent payer. Voilà à quoi sert l’argent qu’on leur donne, à bafouer la loi (4.000.000€ pour l’UMP et 500.000€ pour le parti socialiste).

Selon tes propres termes, Géraldine, « l’UMP est un délinquant électoral ».

En parlant de Rachida Dati, Mariette Sineau reconnait qu’elle peut avoir une certaine légitimité, car elle est Maire du 7^ème arrondissement. Mais, qu’il ne faut pas oublier qu’elle vient d’un cabinet ministériel, que remarquée… elle a été nommée porte parole de la campagne présidentielle en 2007, et qu’ensuite elle a accédé à un poste ministériel au plus au niveau de l’état sans aucune légitimité. Pour avoir cette légitimité, il aurait fallu qu’elle soit élue localement ou député avant d’être ministre, plutôt que d’être nommée « par le prince ».

Je conclurai avec quelques propos de Ch Leiritz, journaliste à Marie Claire. Cette dernière reconnait que tout n’est pas lié à la politique mais que la politique permet de faire avancer et de mettre en œuvre des projets. Elle a aussi reconnu, que si la loi était respectée, ce genre d’article n’aurait plus lieu d’être.

Puis, sur le plateau, l’ensemble des intervenantes, mais aussi le journaliste animateur, se sont interrogés sur la nouvelle loi votée, et notamment sur les raisons pour lesquelles n’avait été retenu que le pourcentage de 40% de femmes (et non 50) quant à l’obligation de nommer des femmes au plus haut niveau des conseils d’administration des entreprises cotées, et pourquoi seulement en 2018.

Pour mémoire, je pense utile de rappeler que, selon l'Autorité des marchés financiers, les femmes ne représentent actuellement que 10 % des effectifs dans les conseils d'administration. Et pourtant en mars 2006, une loi sur l'égalité salariale prévoyait 20 % de femmes dans les conseils d'administration, dans les organisations syndicales, dans les candidatures aux élections prud'homales. Mais cette dernière ne pouvait pas s’appliquer, selon le conseil constitutionnel, qu’après une réforme de la constitution devant valider le principe de l'égalité d'accès des femmes et des hommes aux responsabilités professionnelles et sociales. La constitution a été modifiée et pourtant nous sommes toujours à 10% .

Alors 40% pour 2018, avec un palier de 20 % dans trois ans, et en cas de non-application de ces seuils, la sanction pour les entreprises de se voir s’imposer la nullité des nominations et des délibérations prises…c’est tout un programme. Attendons pour voir.

Voilà, Géraldine, j’ai attendu que tu m’appelles pour parler de tout cela, pensant avoir une certaine expérience et de légitimité sur le sujet…tant je retrouve chaque jour davantage mes propres discours….

Dommage, car ce sujet ne se règlera pas seulement « entre les femmes de l’UMP ».
